Cookie Policy
Effective August 16, 2026
This policy explains how HomeLoop uses cookies and similar technologies across its platform and HomeLoop-powered pages operated by participating real-estate professionals.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar technologies, including local storage, session storage, pixels, and software development tools, can remember settings, support security, measure activity, or enable connected services.
2. Where this policy applies
This Cookie Policy applies across homeloop.chat, HomeLoop accounts and portals, public agent pages, link-in-bio pages, guides, forms, analytics, and other HomeLoop-powered experiences. An agent’s separate website or linked third-party service may use cookies under its own policy.
3. Necessary technologies
HomeLoop uses necessary cookies and browser storage for authentication, account security, session continuity, fraud prevention, load balancing, theme settings, navigation preferences, and recording your cookie choice. These technologies are required for requested features and cannot be disabled through HomeLoop’s consent banner.
4. Optional analytics
With permission where required, HomeLoop may use optional analytics to understand page visits, referring pages, link clicks, approximate location, device and browser characteristics, interaction patterns, and service performance. Analytics can help HomeLoop and participating agents understand whether their public pages and resources are useful.
5. Agent and third-party services
Agents may link to brokerage websites, calendars, social networks, listing searches, customer-relationship systems, and other services. Providers such as Supabase, Vercel, Google, Meta or Instagram, Resend, and those linked services may set or receive cookies under their own policies when you use their features.
6. Your cookie choice
HomeLoop records whether you selected Accept all or Necessary only. Selecting Necessary only does not disable authentication or other storage required to provide a feature you request. Where optional analytics are used, HomeLoop should honor the stored preference before loading non-essential tracking.
7. Retention
Cookie duration varies. Some cookies expire when the browser closes, while authentication, preference, security, and analytics technologies may remain for a defined period or until you clear them. HomeLoop retains the cookie-choice record in your browser until it is cleared or changed.
8. Browser controls
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in, portal access, saved preferences, security protections, or other HomeLoop features from working correctly.
9. Contact
Questions about cookies or privacy may be sent to privacy@homeloop.chat.
