Terms of Service
Effective August 16, 2026
These Terms govern HomeLoop’s website, accounts, portals, public agent pages, guides, forms, content and analytics tools, and connected messaging features.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using HomeLoop, homeloop.chat, a HomeLoop account or portal, a HomeLoop-powered public page, guide, form, link-in-bio page, analytics feature, or connected messaging experience, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What HomeLoop provides
HomeLoop is a technology platform for real-estate professionals and their clients or prospects. It may provide account access, lead organization, public pages, guides, client portals, communication tools, content planning, scheduling, analytics, reminders, milestones, documents, and related administrative features. Features may change as the service develops.
3. HomeLoop is not your broker
HomeLoop is not a real-estate brokerage, multiple listing service, lender, title company, escrow provider, inspector, appraiser, attorney, tax adviser, or financial adviser. Real-estate services are provided by the professional identified on a page within their applicable professional and brokerage relationships, not by HomeLoop.
4. No representation created by platform use
Using HomeLoop, viewing an agent page, downloading a guide, or submitting an inquiry does not by itself create an agency, brokerage, fiduciary, or client relationship. Real-estate representation must be established through the agreements and disclosures required by the applicable professional, brokerage, and law.
5. Professional users and brokerage identification
Real-estate professionals are responsible for maintaining required licenses and affiliations; providing accurate identity, contact, licensing, advertising, and brokerage information; obtaining required communication and marketing consent; complying with fair-housing, anti-discrimination, privacy, advertising, recordkeeping, and professional rules; and ensuring their content and services are lawful and accurate. A brokerage name displayed on an agent page identifies the professional’s affiliation. Unless a brokerage separately enters a written agreement with HomeLoop, it is not a party to these Terms and does not own, operate, sponsor, or endorse the HomeLoop platform.
6. Consumers and clients
You must provide accurate information, use only accounts and invitations authorized for you, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for reviewing transaction information and confirming time-sensitive or material matters directly with the appropriate professional.
7. Not professional advice
HomeLoop may display general information, templates, automated responses, estimates, reminders, or AI-assisted content. These materials are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They do not replace advice from a licensed real-estate professional, attorney, lender, tax adviser, inspector, appraiser, or other qualified professional.
8. Accounts and authentication
Some features are invitation-only or restricted by role. HomeLoop may use password, email-link, or third-party authentication such as Google sign-in. You may not access another person’s account, bypass security, or share credentials in a manner that compromises the service.
9. Acceptable use
You may not misuse HomeLoop, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, harass others, scrape or copy protected portions of the service, violate intellectual-property rights, or use HomeLoop for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, or unsolicited activity.
10. User content
You retain responsibility for messages, files, designs, listings, images, branding, contact information, and other content you submit. You grant HomeLoop a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, display, and transmit that content as necessary to provide and improve the service. You must have the rights and permissions required to submit it.
11. Communications
By submitting contact information, you authorize HomeLoop to deliver communications connected to the requested inquiry, account, portal, guide, appointment, or service. When you submit information through an agent’s page, you also authorize HomeLoop to provide it to the identified agent so that professional can respond. HomeLoop may provide access to an authorized team or brokerage system only when the professional has enabled that access or it is otherwise required. Marketing messages remain subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
12. Third-party services and links
HomeLoop may rely on or link to services such as Google, Meta or Instagram, Supabase, Resend, Vercel, agent websites, brokerages, calendars, and customer-relationship systems. HomeLoop does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, content, policies, security practices, or services.
13. Fees and subscriptions
If HomeLoop offers paid plans, pricing, billing intervals, included features, renewal terms, cancellation rights, and any refund policy will be disclosed at purchase or in an applicable order. Unless stated otherwise, fees are for access to HomeLoop technology and are not real-estate commissions, brokerage fees, or payments for licensed real-estate services.
14. Availability and changes
HomeLoop may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features or access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, business operations, or prevention of misuse. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
15. Disclaimer of warranties
HomeLoop is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. HomeLoop does not warrant that content, analytics, automations, AI-assisted output, estimates, reminders, or third-party information are complete, current, accurate, or suitable for a particular transaction or decision.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeLoop and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, revenue, opportunity, or goodwill; actions or omissions of agents, brokerages, clients, or third parties; or reliance on automated or user-provided information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
17. Indemnification
You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of HomeLoop, violation of these terms or applicable law, infringement of another person’s rights, professional services or communications you provide, or content you were not authorized to submit.
18. Termination and data
HomeLoop may restrict or terminate access to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, address nonpayment or misuse, or discontinue the service. You may stop using HomeLoop and may request account deletion, subject to legal, contractual, security, backup, and record-retention requirements.
19. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled in a court with proper jurisdiction in Illinois unless applicable law requires otherwise.
20. Changes to these terms
HomeLoop may update these Terms as features, participants, business practices, or legal requirements change. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
