Meta data deletion

To request deletion of personal information HomeLoop maintains, email privacy@homeloop.chat. If you disconnect Instagram from HomeLoop, the active Instagram connection and stored Instagram analytics are removed. Meta may also send HomeLoop an authenticated platform deletion request, which HomeLoop processes through its deletion callback.

Some information may be retained only when required by law, security obligations, or applicable real-estate recordkeeping requirements. For questions, contact privacy@homeloop.chat.
